Introduction

The major project for this course is a case assignment. You will have the option to publish your case in an open educational resource titled Ethical Educational Leadership: Untangling Ethical Dilemmas and Imagining Alternative Futures

Assessment Criteria 

You will be assessed based on the following criteria:

Scholarly analysis of the leadership decision that occurred. /5
Application of multiple ethical lenses. /5
Reflection on your positionality (assumptions, biases, values) and its impact on your analysis. /5
Relevance and feasibility of proposed alternative solution. The analysis must include an
infographic or table comparing what occurred with what you have proposed as an alternative approach.

The quality of your writing and use of APA 7th edition guidelines for formatting and citations. The written case study should be approximately 2,500 words (not including references). /5
The strength of your arguments and use of supporting evidence. You must include a minimum of 15 scholarly and popular sources to support your arguments.
